KSAN Storm Team Daily Forecast Update – Wednesday July 18, 2018

Weather

Excessive heat warnings and heat advisories remain in effect through Friday (and likely beyond) for the Concho Valley. High temperatures will be at or above 105 through the weekend. Be sure to take your heat precautions. The upper-level high pressure system responsible for these abnormally warm temperatures will retreat west to start the new week, potentially sending a weak cold front into the Concho Valley. That may bring a few showers and cooler air, though I am not completely buying what computer models are saying. I have temperatures only cooling off to around 102. Stay tuned.
