—– FROM YOUR KSAN STORM TEAM CHIEF METEOROLOGIST JOSH JOHNS —–
Monday started off chilly with lows in the 20s (28 officially at Mathis Field), but turned into a nice day with temeperatures in the mid 70s. A weak cold front will slide through overnight Monday and into Tuesday morning. Tuesday will start off in the 30s, and then, thanks to that cold front, will see highs in the low 60s. We’ll see this same kind of up and down weather Wednesday and Thursday with another cold front sliding in Thursday. Thursday and Friday will have highs in the 60s before we warm up into 70s Saturday. Another cold front will slide in Saturday knocking our highs back into the 60s for Sunday and Monday. Saturday’s cold front will contain some more moisture, which will increase the clouds. At this time, it does not look like any rain will fall with this weekend’s front, but we’ll keep an eye on the models and see how they evolve.
Make it a great Tuesday!
