EASY OVERNIGHT OATES
YIELD: 4
INGREDIENTS
WET

• 1 large banana, mashed
• 4 tablespoons peanut butter
• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
• 1 1/2 cup almond milk
• 2 tablespoon honey or agave
• 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

DRY
• 2 cup rolled oats
• 1 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS
1. First, mash banana in a large bowl, next add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
2. Add in dry ingredients and mix again.
3. Place in the refrigerator, covered, for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve cold.
