Crab Cake Sandwich



• 8 ounces Phillips Premium Crab Meat
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/2 tablespoon mustard
• 1/2 tablespoon melted butter
• 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
• 1/4 cup bread crumbs (toast one low-card bread slice and food process)
• 1/2 tablespoon Old Bay (to taste)
• 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning of choice
• Bun, lettuce, tomato and red onion to complete the sandwich

1. Combine all ingredients but the crab. Fold in crab meat. Form into cakes. Either pan-fry to golden brown, or bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes
