There are plenty of options when it comes to buying souvenirs, but apparently the hot ticket item in Rio is one you won’t find in the megastore. 

T-shirts, mascots and pins have all been flying off the shelves at the Olympics, however, arguably the “must-have” item is the souvenir beer cups featuring the different sports.

“The designs of the cups are very beautiful and a lot of friends of us are asking to buy as a gift for them,” one fan said.

However, there’s the catch. Olympic visitors can’t buy the cup without buying the beer. Thankfully, they’re pretty cheap at 13 real, the equivalent of about four American dollars.
