West Texas homeschool gathering on May 4

Texas Home Educators, founded by Jim and Jube Dankworth, will be hosting a Homeschool Gathering on May 4, 2019. The social will take place at 2p.m. in the fellowship hall of First United Methodist Church, located at 369 S. Hall Street in Paint Rock, TX.

Discussions will be held on the history of homeschooling, as well as the needs of local homeschoolers. If you are curious about homeschooling, the group encourages you to attend as well. The group is largely Christian, and is religiously oriented.

Texas Home Educators is a nonprofit organization based in Fort Worth, TX. They exist to serve the almost 400,000 children homeschooling in Texas. Helping children pursuing their individual interests and exploring their talents while finding their individual learning styles. The organization hosts discussions of homeschool styles, philosophy, books, curriculum, events, and laws.
