In news with Kaitlin Moore, a man is recovering after a two vehicle collision sent him to the hospital.

Monday they collided at the intersection of Beauregard and South Park.

Police say the young male driver in a red Chevrolet SUV failed to yield to a driver in a white dodge Dakota pickup on Beauregard.

Officers cited the man in the pickup for driving with an invalid license. He went to a hospital for treatment.

The driver in the red SUV received a citation for failure to yield from a stop sign.


A company named Neighbor’s is now operational in San Angelo.

The new emergency center located off Sherwood Way is one of Neighbors’ 27 free standing emergency facilities across the state.

The facility differs from a walk-in clinic or urgent care solely because it’s an emergency department, like you’d find attached to a local hospital.

Neighbor’s Emergency Center opened about a month ago, the first of its kind in San Angelo.

All private insurances are accepted, but Medicaid and Medicare does not recognize freestanding ERs.

Neighbor’s Emergency Center says it looks forward to offering a new and unique approach to emergency medicine.


Millions watched Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump go head to head in their first presidential debate.

Here in the Concho Valley supporters of both parties tuned in at local watch parties.

Tom Green County republicans and Donald Trump supporters watched Monday night’s debate at the local Republican party headquarters in San Angelo.

Dozens of democrats and Hillary Clinton supporters met for an evening at San Angelo’s Los Panchito’s restaurant downtown.

Monday’s event was also a fundraiser for county sheriff candidate Walter Bryant.

The next presidential debate will take place Sunday, October 9th from Washington University in St. Louis.
