The San Angelo State Park will be closed for the next several days due to a mentored youth deer hunt.
Both North and South Units of the park, including trails and wildlife management areas, are now closed through 8:00 a.m. Monday, October 29 2018.
Since it is hunting season, the San Angelo State Park urges those who wish to visit to look out for more trail closures and/or full park closures in the future.
