The 25th Annual Concho Christmas Celebration kickoff is this Saturday

The 25th Annual Concho Christmas Celebration kicks off this Saturday, December 1st at 5:15 p.m. 

The celebration with start with performances by the Twin MountainTonesmen and the San Angelo Community Band. At 6:00 p.m. the tree lighting ceremony commences, followed by the annual Lights of Christmas Parade. This year’s parade features more than 100 floats that will be lit with lights. 

At the tree lighting ceremony location, the illumination sponsor, Reliant, will be passing out Santa hats that light up. The trail of lights will begin tours at 6:30 pm and features some new additions for the 25th anniversary. “We have expanded the poinsettias scenes, which is a real favorite for everybody that goes through the tour of lights, to encompass the whole hill by the Visitors Center across from Kids Kingdom” said Chairman Lee Pfluger.
