VFW Fall Festival and Chili Cook-Off

VFW Fall Festival

SAN ANGELO, TEXAS - The VFW held their second annual fall festival to raise money for veterans in need.

The fall festival included a chili cook-off and a flea market.

The funds benefit an average of twelve veterans a month with items like utility bills, housing, and transportation.

But Janet Sheppard, the Veterans of Foreign Wars club manager, says it's about more than just raising funds.
