Today was a very special day for St. Mark’s Presbyterian Church.
December 23rd marks the church’s 60th anniversary.
Sixty years ago two small churches from different Presbyterian strands came together — and formed St. Mark’s Presbyterian.
After this morning’s service, members of the church came together, shared a meal and had fellowship.
St. Mark’s strives to be a place where everyone feels welcome.
They will be holding their Christmas Eve service tomorrow afternoon at 6:30 pm.
The church has only two remaining charter members, so they were recognized during the celebration as well.
