San Angelo Clown Convention Day 2

Local News

More than 100 people from across the state who work as clowns are in San Angelo this week for the Texas Clown Association Convention.

Events Thursday included a competition in face-painting skills and making things out of balloons. People who work as clowns at family, church, and hospital events say the convention helps renew their enthusiasm. The state clown convention continues Friday and Saturday with practical lessons on acting in skits and parades.
