NWS: Ballinger tornado confirmed as EF-3

The NWS sent two survey teams and found evidence of damage from an E-F 3 tornado west and southwest of Ballinger. This is consistent with winds of up to 136-165 mph. 

They also found EF-3 damage in Silver Valley near Coleman. The National Weather Service is expected to release a formal report later this evening.
