In today’s News Brief with Kaitlin Moore, hundreds of people gathered at the Tom Green County Court house to protest a sentence given to a 29-year-old San Angelo man last week in relation to a child injury case.
Prosecutors issued a statement saying they were dealing with a child who was two years old and if they pursued litigation. The likelihood of the children being unable to testify was extremely high and that may have led to Boden being found not guilty.
Also, after almost 5 decades of service in law enforcement, one district court bailiff is retiring this week.
