Family Remembers 19-Year-Old Isaac DeLeon

Describing him as an intelligent young man with an unmatched sense of humor; a grieving father remembers his son, Private Isaac DeLeon, who passed away when flooding at Fort Hood overturned his tactical vehicle during a training exercise.

KSAN’s Elizabeth Olveda sat down with his parents, Ricky and Christina DeLeon, to remember Isaac’s life and legacy.

Isaac’s parents say he was outgoing, strong-willed and very determined. They added he was able to charm his way out of almost anything with his signature, contagious smile.
