Easter brunch at Angry Cactus

Local News

On Easter Sunday, hungry egg-hunters were able to have an eclectic brunch at Angry Cactus, who hosted their third annual Easter brunch.

Around 300 guests attended, it started at 10 a.m. and ended at 3 p.m.

What made this year special is that they added more variety to their menu.

They served an array of diverse meals from migas, salad, French toast and desert.

This year, they were able to make hand-rolled sushi for the first time ever.

“We get a lot of families coming in and bringing their kids. It’s a very cheerful and celebratory time of year, we get to come out and make all kinds of food. We get to be creative and be out there and actually touch tables and talk to customers,” said Tommy Naegele, who is the Executive Sous Chef of the restaurant.

You can expect another special brunch for Mother’s Day.
