SAN ANGELO, Texas — With the day’s high in the mid-80s, Concho Valley spent President’s Day…outside.

While schools, banks and government offices were closed, people took some time to enjoy the day outside. Some were at San Angelo’s Lake Nasworthy while others spent the day with families down by the Concho River downtown. It was a busy afternoon at kids kingdom.

“Im at the park and I am eating a snowcone and I’m just having fun,” said Isabella, who was at the playground with her family.

More spring-like weather is expected as students are set to return back to classes tomorrow.
