Temperatures are going to remain very hot for Friday with highs reaching 105°. High temperatures are going to remain surpassing 100° for the next seven days.

The heat advisory has been extended for San Angelo and Tom Green county until 7 pm Friday.

According to the U.S Drought Index, moderate drought conditions are now in the Concho Valley affecting Irion and Sterling counties.

San Angelo is in standard conservation, which restricts outside watering to twice every seven days at no more than 1 inch per week. Watering is prohibited between noon and 6:00 p.m., but runoff of more than 150 feet down any street, gutter, alley or ditch is prohibited.
