Kara Smiles Fund hosts second annual Fun Run to raise awareness of Moebius Syndrome

News

Saturday morning, the second annual 5k/one mile fun run and walk, to raise awareness about Moebius Syndrome, took place for the Kara Smiles Fund.

Moebius Syndrome is a rare neurological condition that primarily effects the face muscles and eye movement.

Multiple companies sponsored the run, including Starbucks and the San Angelo Lions Club.

All of the proceeds goes towards the Kara Smiles Fund and the family is looking forward to continuing the tradition next year.
