ASU Honors Student Association hosts annual Easter egg hunt

Easter celebrations continued across San Angelo.

Earlier today the Angelo State Honors Student Association sponsored an easter egg hunt for San Angelo families.

The event offered age-specific egg hunts and even an allergy-free hunt.

Over 350 parents and their kiddos showed up to enjoy the free event, where over 7,000 eggs were used.

Cotton candy served to those who attended made everything even sweeter.

“We actually got feedback from one of our faculty here and and she gave us an honorable mention that her daughter’s been asking for this hunt since Christmas. We love seeing the same faces come every year,” said Allee Nix, Vice President of the ASU Honors Student Association.

This is the biggest event the ASU Honor Students Association puts on each year.
