A collision downtown at Bryant and Harris tied up traffic during the noon lunch hour on Thursday.
Police say a driver in a white GMC pickup on Bryant slowed for a truck turning into a convenience store and was rear-ended by a driver in a red pickup.
Paramedics took two passengers from the red truck to Shannon Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Police cited the red pickup driver for failure to control speed and driving without a valid license.
The collision caused traffic backups for about an hour.
