Raises funds for research and treatment

SAN ANGELO, Texas — Organized by the Downtown Lions Club and San Angelo Area Foundation, the run raises funds for those living with moebius syndrome, a rare congenital disorder that impacts facial nerves. To date, the Kara Smiles Foundation has raised over $31,000.
