One person goes to hospital after two vehicle collision onto U.S. 87

SAN ANGELO, TX – Texas Highway Patrol is investigating a collision that sent one person to a hospital Sunday evening.

They say a Ford pickup truck struck a Nissan Cube coming off Apache Trail onto U.S. 87.

The driver of the Cube was taken to Shannon Medical Center. The pickup driver was issued a citation for disregarding a stop sign.

Highway Patrol says the accident is under investigation.
