Warrant obtained for Mother’s Day deadly conduct incident

May 15, 2019 (SAPD) — Investigators with the San Angelo Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division have obtained a warrant of arrest for an 18-year-old San Angelo man in connection to the Mother’s Day deadly conduct incident on South Chadbourne Street.

Christian Perez is wanted for Deadly Conduct Discharge Firearm — a third degree felony.

May 13, 2019 (SAPD) — Police Investigate Mother’s Day Deadly Conduct Incident on South Chadbourne

San Angelo Police are investigating deadly conduct that occurred in a parking lot located in the 1600 block of S. Chadbourne Street around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 12, 2019.

At least two vehicles and the front entry of an unoccupied building were shot and damaged during the incident.  No injuries were reported.

This is an active investigation and no other information is available for release at this time.
