Dusty Ellis was born and raised in Texas by her adoptive parents, Dixie and Mike Ellis from the age of six. Due to their constant support and unwavering love for her she grew up to become someone who keeps moving forward despite any obstacles in her way and remains passionate about life.
She graduated with her Associate’s Degree two weeks before receiving her high school diploma in 2020 and currently attends Angelo State University as a Communications Major and Mass Media minor. During the time she attended Midland College she published her first research paper in a scholarly journal and held the position of District One Vice President for Phi Theta Kappa. While attending Angelo State Dusty worked for The Ram Page as a photographer and staff writer.
Dusty has always had a passion for travel and photography and has worked for Concho Valley Homepage since March 28, 2022. Dusty has been a photographer since 2019, is an avid coffee drinker, enjoys watching the rain, especially in the Autumn, as well as hiking and loves to curl up with a good book to pass the time.
