We've already seen a wet weekend and Monday just keeping the trend alive. Storms rolled through the central and northeast portion of the are, at one point placing Tom Green, Irion, Sterling, Coke and Runnels counties under a flood advisory. Some place could have seen anywhere from 1 to 2" of rain making for low water crossings, streets and intersections possibly flooded over. Keep that in mind as you head out the door for work this afternoon. Mathis field already reporting nearly 0.2" today, and more could be on it's way as a trough of low pressure pushes southwest through the Concho Valley. Chances right now remain around 50% for the rest of the day dropping to 20 overnight and early tomorrow morning. Extra cloud cover helping to keep today more mild as well with highs only reaching near 90 degrees. High pressure returns by tomorrow afternoon drying us back out and warming conditions back to the seasonal mark. Expect partly sunny skies with highs in the mid 90's and breezy south winds. Each day from there gets a little warmer as we breach the upper 90's for the remainder of the work week and into the next weekend.
