Temperatures this morning dropped to 20 degrees breaking the record low this morning, it was 22 back in 1919. Since sunrise we're seeing a general warming trend but staying way below average, afternoon high expected near 54 degrees with sunny skies and winds out of the southeast 5 to 10 miles per hour. High pressure moving through the state bringing the warmer trend but it will be a slow one. Into the evening tonight temps will drop down to the freezing level once again near 32 degrees with mostly clear skies and calm winds. It won't be till Thursday that the biggest difference will be felt as we see the return of south winds fairly breezy around 15 to 20 miles per hour. This will help temps to rebound back to the mid 60's, finally cracking the mid 70's by Friday. Saturday and Sunday look just as nice with some cloud cover and temperatures in the upper 70's with some places possibly seeing 80. Just as we get use to the above average conditions mother nature will drop us back down with our next cold front on Monday kicking us back to the 60's and the 50's on Tuesday.
