Blue - Possible Snow, Green - Possible Rain, Pink - Mix of the Two

Cold conditions this morning lead to a warm afternoon as surface high pressure keeps conditions above average with light southwest winds. Those winds will switch throughout the day as a cold front from the north move through, making way into the Concho Valley by late tonight/early tomorrow morning. Overnight lows will drop once again near freezing with an increase of clouds and gusty northeast winds 15 to 20 possible gusts around 25. Lows will be near 35 degrees and practically our daytime high as well as much colder air behind the front will continue to drop temps through the day thursday. Along with the colder weather is a chance for wintery precipitation. We will be watching for freezing rain and sleet to start off thursday possibly turning into snow overnight and into the start of Friday. Temperatures will defiantly be cold enough as overnight lows drop to the teens into Friday. Best chances for the precipitation will be the lower third of the region and, but if we do see anything expect freezing rain and sleet on Thursday turning into snow northwest of a line from Ozona to San Angelo, southeast of that expect to see freezing rain and sleet turn into sleet and light snow by Friday. By Saturday looking for much warmer conditions back to the mid to upper 60's through the weekend and slightly dropping off for the start of the next work week.
