Rain throughout the day is definitely a possibility as a cold front makes it's way through the region. Timing of the front is about the late morning to early afternoon hours with winds switching to the north fairly breezy between 10 to 15 miles per hour. Temperatures will peak later this morning and then drop into the 50's behind the front. By tonight expect additional rainfall as warm moist air lifts behind the front. With all these chances, a flash flood watch is in effect from 7 this morning till 7 tomorrow morning. Behind the front cool air is the story as the region tries to warm back up to the 70's. A second front looks to move through in time for Friday and could bring another round of storms, keeping conditions below average for the rest of the week and into the weekend.
