A chilly start this morning will bring a pleasant afternoon, but still below average. Temperatures will warm up through the afternoon near 54 degrees with sunny skies. Winds will stay fairly light as well, mostly our of the northwest around 5 miles per hour. High pressure along the surface will bring the warmer trend for a couple more days. Nearly seasonal conditions by Friday and above average by Saturday near 64 degrees to start off the weekend. Along with these look for near freezing overnight lows making the possibility for frost very possible. Going into Sunday low pressure to our north will send a cold front right through the Concho Valley. Temperatures will be allowed to possibly warm up the the upper 40's and no higher. Staying dry with this forecast for nothing major for those coming back home from Christmas vacation. Winds will only be the issue increasing with the from out of the north, gusty at time. Through the start of next week, another gradual warm up is expected reaching the 60's once again just in time for 2014.
