As we make our way through the afternoon winds will start to subside around the northeast 5 to 10 miles per hour, becoming calm around midnight. Temperatures will be cool, thanks to the cold front that passed through in the evening yesterday, topping out only in the upper 40's. The cooler trend will last into the overnight hours as well, as winds stay calm and skies remain clear. Look for lows near 22 degrees going into Friday morning. By Friday afternoon temperatures will jump back to the 60's as winds return to the southwest and pick up pace similar to yesterday, 15 to 20 miles per hour with gusts around 30. Saturday will be even warmer going above the seasonal mark to the upper 60's with some places possibly seeing the 70's. Just as you thought warmer weather was here again, a second cold front pushes through for Sunday. This one will drop temps to the lower 40's and increase cloud cover. Cooler air will push through slowly keeping conditions chilly for Monday and Tuesday as well. Wednesday looks for a warmer trend into the 50's but could come sooner then predicted.
