KLST Fri. 11/15/13 Noon Weather

Afternoon weather forecast for Friday, November 15, 2013.

Low pressure along the surface is making way for a warmer afternoon. Winds are shifting to the south and picking up pace around 10 to 15 miles per hour allowing for temps to crack the seasonal norm near 78 degrees. Sunny skies will turn into mostly cloudy by tonight as the south winds help to increase moisture in the atmosphere. Temperatures overnight will stay in the upper 50's and winds will continue to be breezy. Tomorrow looks to be even warmer as the winds pick up with possible gusty conditions around 25 miles per hour. Expect highs in the lower 80's dropping just slight on Sunday. Overnight towards Monday morning a cold front will make it's way through the Concho Valley, but won't pack as much of a punch as earlier this week. Daytime highs will drop to the upper 60's with sunny skies by the afternoon. Lows will also drop to the 40's. From there we will spend the next work week gradually warming up with more cloud cover and our potential cold front just in time for Wednesday and Thursday.
