Quinoa Chocolate Coconut Cookies

6 tbsp egg whites (3 eggs)
cup honey
1 cups shredded coconut
2 cup cooked quinoa
2 tsp cocoa (option)
cup almond slices (option)
Pinch of salt

Combine whites and honey.
Whisk them until light and frothy.
Fold in the other ingredients.

Chill for 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 325.
Use a scoop to form small half mounds on a baking pan
that has been sprayed with oil.

Bake about 15 minutes until nice and browned.

Let cool.
