Looking for once again a chance for showers and thunderstorms this afternoon across the Concho Valley. Setup remains the same with high pressure bringing gulf moisture into the region. With the cloud cover expect for temps to only reach the upper 80's later this afternoon, dropping to the low 70's later tonight. Wednesday looks to be mainly dry but there is a slight 10% chance we could see a shower or two. By Thursday conditions look to be more favorable to wet weather as high pressure moves a little father east and allows low pressure to start moving south. Temps will still stay in the mid to upper 80's with mostly cloudy skies. Low pressure along with a cold front moves through Friday bringing even more potential for rain. By Saturday we look to staying dry but much cooler in the morning hours.
