Jeff: "Week five of the 2014 season puts two teams from the opposite ends of the win loss spectrum in 2013 on the gridiron when the Blackwell Hornets travel to Eden to take on the Bulldogs. The Hornets rolled through their 2013 schedule and earned a bi-district crown before falling to eventual six-man division II state champions Grandfalls-Royalty in the regional round of the playoffs. Eden on the other hand finished last season with a record of 4-5. The Bulldogs did finish last season strong winning two of the last three games they played missing the six-man division I playoffs by one game. Eden looks to build off of last season's late momentum and make a playoff push in 2014. Blackwell vs. Eden is your week five match-up to watch."
A quick recap now of our match-ups to watch so far. Week one is Bronte at Robert Lee, then Cisco at Wall followed by Garden City at Sterling City. Our two games for September 19th, the double header at San Angelo Stadium, and of course week five which you just saw.
