Slow changes coming our way thanks to low pressure across the gulf and the west. For now high pressure will remain the dominate feature for the Concho Valley warming us back into the upper 90's today with mostly sunny skies and light east winds. The system in the gulf will bring in extra moisture and a possible isolated shower across our southeast, but the majority of the area will stay dry. Overnight expect extra cloud cover as the low to our west starts bringing in rain chances. Partly cloudy skies with lows around 73 degrees and light southeast winds. Tomorrow highs will only reach near 95, still mostly sunny skies but watch for an isolated thunderstorm during the afternoon. Those showers look to linger through the forecast and the rest of the work week. Friday one of the coolest days reaching only 93 degrees with partly sunny skies and a 30% chance for storms. Most of the activity will dry out from the west towards the east late Saturday entering into Sunday. That's where conditions start to warm back up towards the upper 90's again for your labor day.
