Warm and windy is the perfect way to describe today. Temperatures are expected to reach the low 90's once again across the region as high pressure continues to be the dominating feature. It's also what's bringing the winds south-southeast through today 15 to 20 miles per hour. Already we've seen gusts up to 29 mph. As high pressure exits the region we're watching for low pressure to bring us more moist air. That will help to increase the cloud cover overnight and the winds will stick around keeping overnight lows in the mid to upper 60's. By tomorrow partly sunny skies should keep us cooler only reaching the mid 80's. By Friday, watch for chances of thunderstorms, right not standing at 40% and lingering through the Memorial Day Weekend. It won't be a continuous rain but come in waves throughout the weekend. Temperatures will stay in the mid 80's warming slightly into the next work week, near 90 by next Tuesday.
