After a warm weekend, high pressure will remain the dominate features, keeping things right on track. Expect to see sunny skies again this afternoon with highs reaching the triple digit mark and light southeast winds. Going into the evening not much change from the past few morning, mild with mostly clear skies and lows around 73 degrees. Things look to continue heating up through the start of the week and the school year for SAISD. While high pressure remains to our east, low pressure to the west will try to make some changes. Could see some moisture make it's way into the area as soon as Thursday. If we do see some of it not only will cloud cover increase but so will our chances for a summer thunderstorm. Most activity will remain scattered and isolated but at least something to end off the month of August.
