This week some of the areas best High School Baseball and Softball players are in San Angelo for the Inaugural FCA All-Star Games that'll take place on Friday. Jeff Corean has our story.

Jeff: "In years past, Big Country Fellowship of Christian Athletes have had football All-Star games, basketball, and volleyball All-Star games. This year they have expanded to baseball and softball in hopes to get more kids involved."

Luke Barber: "It's an honor playing with all of these guys from around the state. Being able to compete against other people I haven't been able to compete against. It's a fun thing."

Jeff: "The FCA All-Star game is far more than just another baseball game to these All-Stars. It also helps them to strengthen other off the field relationships."

Wyatt Fulks: " I'm very blessed to be selected to play with these guys. I'm really looking forward to it. Not only looking forward to the game but also bettering my relationship with Christ, which is what this is mainly about. I'm excited to do."

Jeff: " And when it comes to the game, the plan is simple. Just have fun."

Fulks: "There's tons of talent out here and I'm really excited to just have a ball and play with some guys that I really don't know but will get to know pretty well."

Jeff: "Jeff Corean, KSAN, San Angelo sports channel."
