Students from around the state began setting up their ag mechanic projects in the First Community Credit Union Spur Arena. Each year students compete in several different catergories for the annual show. The Corsicana team has been working since last year drawing up plans and working on weekends and through the holidays on a deer blind that is wheel chair accessible and was designed with veterans in mind. The team took the plans and went to work putting together each piece of the project taking it from concept to completion. Larry Acock the team leader says this was an opportunity for the students to put to use some of the things they learned but also in the end walk away with more than a completed project. Judging will begin Wednesday morning with results from the show announced on Thursday.
