Angelo State Baseball is 13 and 4 on the season, a great start to the year. One of the things that Coach Kevin Brooks like about his team heading into the weekend series is that he's his team be able to battle from deficits and win games when put in those positions.
Angelo State Baseball is 13 and 4 on the season, a great start to the year. One of the things that Coach Kevin Brooks like about his team heading into the weekend series is that he's his team be able to battle from deficits and win games when put in those positions.

Kevin Brooks: "So that's a real good quality to have. And that's something that I think if you've watched us play for very long, we don't have a lot of quit in us ever."

The four game series between Tarleton and Angelo will be Friday through Sunday at Foster Field. They'll play a double header on Saturday with a new start time of 1 o'clock in the afternoon. The teams are each 3 and 1 in the Lone Star Conference.
