Over 2,000 people are expected to be up bright and early Saturday morning dresses in all white, ready to take on the Color-Up 5-K run.

Following a successful debut in October, the Color-Up run returns to San Angelo with even higher expectations.

The runners will start out in all white, but by the end of the 3.1 mile run alone Lake Nasworthy, the participants will be covered in color by the end of the race.

Five dollars per participant will be donated to the Parks and Recreation Department and Lake Nasworthy.

Organizers are suggesting participants arrive early and car pool to the event due to parking restrictions.

You can still sign-up at the event Saturday morning for $55.
