Savor Episode 57 Stir Fry Brown Rice

Stir-Fry Brown Rice

2 tbsp olive oil.
Heat in pan.

Add:
2 cups cooked lean pork or poultry chopped in inch pieces
1 medium chopped yellow onion
2 cups fresh shredded cabbage

Saute meat & veggies together until heated through (still crunchy)

Add rice:
4 cups cooked brown rice

2 eggs optional or egg whites
Separate ingredients in pan.
Place eggs to scramble.
After cooked through, stir eggs into pan ingredients.

Add:
cup soy sauce
cup ginger or fish sauce
2 tsp hot sauce

Mix ingredients together then place 6 oz. mixture on plate.

Garnish with:
cup bean sprouts each serving
Chopped celery leaves or parsley
Hot sauce
