Pizza crust, 1 each (wrap, pita bread, flatbread, tortilla…etc.)
1 cup fresh spinach
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup roasted red bell pepper
4 oz. baked salmon filet
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/8 cup lemon juice
½ cup olive oil
1/8 cup sugar or Stevia sweetener
½ tsp salt
Whisk until smooth.
Brush crust with olive oil and bake until crisp.
Place all ingredients in order on crust except lemon sauce.
Bake pizza for about 5 minutes where cheese is melted and pizza is hot.
Drizzle lemon sauce on pizza.
