Savor Recipe: Glazed Holiday Pork Loin, December 19, 2013

A glazed pork loin to go with the cranberry chutney from our last episode.
Glazed Holiday Pork Loin

4 lbs fresh pork loin
Rub pork loin with mix.
Mix:
1 cup orange marmalade
½ cup spicy mustard
2 tbsp coarse black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp rosemary powder
Salt to taste.
Slightly oil or spray a 3 qt baking pan.
Place in a preheated 375˚ oven.
Roast uncovered for about 40 minutes until internal temp is 155˚.
Let rest for 10 minutes.
Carve into thin slices.
Serve with cranberry chutney.
