Savor Recipe: Cranberry Chutney, December 5, 2013

A wonderful way to work some cranberries into your holiday cooking.
Cranberry Chutney

2 lbs fresh cranberries
3 cups diced Granny Smith apples
1 ½ cups diced dried mango (any dried fruit)
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup honey
2/3 cup rice vinegar
1 cup red wine
1 cup golden raisins
1 diced red bell pepper
1 diced green bell pepper
1 diced jalapeño
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Place all ingredients in 4 qt stock pot.
Bring to a boil. Turn to a simmer.
Simmer for about 20 minutes until all ingredients are incorporated well.
Cool.
