1 lb flank or sirloin steak
Grill steak to medium rare and set aside.
Place in 2 qt oven roasting pan:
2 lbs sliced cherry tomatoes
1/8 cup olive oil
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp tarragon
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup red wine
1 tbsp black pepper
Mix together and place in preheated 450˚ oven.
Roast for about 15 minutes until slightly brown and bubbly.
Slice steak and serve up on platter with sauce.
Garnish with fresh chopped basil with a side of quinoa.
