Savor Recipe: Steak & Citrus Salad from September 26, 2013


Steak & Citrus Salad


On Plate:

1 cup mixed greens per plate
4-5 slices of peeled navel oranges per plate
1 oz avocado
3 slices fresh mango
2 tbsp green onion

On Top:
3-4 oz sliced steak (tenderloin, ribeye or sirloin)

Sauce (2 oz on top):
1 cup olive oil
1/8 cup lime juice
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
1/8 cup honey
½ tsp cayenne
Blend until smooth.

Feta cheese for garnish
