Rosemary Turkey Meatloaf

1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
2 cups dry bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary


1 cup blanched and peeled tomato sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350˚.
Lightly grease a 9x5” loaf pan.
In large mixing bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion,
eggs and milk.
Season with balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and rosemary.
Press into the prepared pan.
Blend together tomato sauce, brown sugar and mustard; pour evenly over
the top of the loaf.
Bake for 45 minutes or until internal temp is 170˚.
Allow turkey loaf to rest 10 minutes before serving.
