Savor Recipe: Nutritious No-Bake Brownies, October 31, 2013

Nutritious No-Bake Brownies (raw foods)

4 cups soaked walnuts (drained)
1 ½ cup cashews
½ cup sesame seeds
1/8 cup olive oil
2 cups chopped dates
½ cup cocoa
Place all ingredients in processor.
After the ingredients resemble grainy flour, stop and press into a cake pan.

Brownies should be about 1” thick.
Cut into bars.

After processing, stir 1 ½ cups chopped pecans into the batter.
